Hey Food Lovers, ever wanted to make Fatcakes but can't seem to get right? well worry not, Why? because I got you.

Fatcake affectionally known as Amagwinya is very easy to make, the trick is to have your oil boiling hot ♨ 🔥 and shape your dough in a manner that will allow them to not only change colour(FRY) on the outside but stay fluffy and soft on the inside as well.


Igwinya can be enjoyed with a hot cup of tea or just polony and cheese and is an anytime meal to nibble
