then is dish is for you, this dish reminds me of busy days at home when preparing for ceremony festivities where the wives would spend hours in the sun perfecting beef stew and steamed bread( Isonka samanzi/ Dodorhoyi). Steamed bread is a very delicate dish you don't want to mess it, and by all means avoid pouring water inside your dough as demonstrated in the vlog.
A quick hack when making dough I find it very convenient to firstly start by putting some cooking oil on the dish before the ingredients this makes it easy to clean after use with no struggle.
