This warm meal reminds me of lazy cold Saturday evening's in the Eastern Cape with my fall were would wake up early in the morning and take out the meet so that it can defrost in the sun and then later in the works begin. My mother taught me this recipe to cooking beef stew, the trick to making a juicy and tasty stew is to not fill up the pot with a lot of water but rather keep adding a cup of water to time. This mouth watering stew took about an 1 to make with the pap as well.
